Our friend invited us to a Happy Hour at a nutrition center where they served us healthy, tropical protein shakes. They were yummy and we had a fabulous time! The kiddos especially love the little umbrellas, necklaces, and tiny swords they got (to hold the pineapple that went with their shakes).
